As I go through life, I sometimes come across teachers, websites, books etc. which give me something of real value. On this page, I would like to share some of the resources I use and have used. Please feel welcome to let me know if any helped you and also if you have any suggestions for something you think I should check out. Drop me a line via the contact page HERE.

Exercise:

Daily yoga has changed my life. My favourite online teacher is Adriene Mischler from Yoga with Adriene, find her HERE.

Vegan Food:

I love food (could you guess?!) and the following youtubers add humour and fun to the mix as well:

Pick up Limes – Food and lifestyle channel

You can also take a look at Sweet Potato Soul, Julie’s Lifestyle and Shine with Plants (she has a very cute toddler!).

Hormonal Balance:

My life changed when I learned how to work with my hormones and it has become a passion of mine to spread the word. Below are some resources I recommend if you are interested in exploring balancing your hormones naturally…

Phases of the menstrual cycle:

As women, we rock to a different rhythm than men, we have a 28 day cycle as well as our 24 hour cycle, these are known as our infradian rhythm and circadian rhythm respectively. When we learn how to work with our infradian rhythm it is literally life changing. I found some beautiful articles about the different phases of our monthly cycle on the blog Moon and Rock, you can find them here:

Menstrual phase

Follicular phase

Ovulation phase

Luteal phase

Miscarriage:

Something which unfortunately happens to more families than we realise, I found amazing online support at Support Groups.com.

Post Partum Depression:

If you suspect you have postpartum depression, you can check yourself HERE . Please reach out and ask for help, you are truly not alone and definitely not the first woman to experience this!

The Postpartum Goddess blog

Rapid Resolution Therapy:

Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) uses multi-level communication and memory reconsolidation to resolve maladaptive behaviour and emotional disturbance. I personally have found this to be super effective and typically only one to  four sessions are needed. Sessions are fun and there is no need to re-experience trauma. For more, please take a look at rapidresolutiontherapy.com.

I am currently qualifying in this method so watch the blog for when sessions with me will become available.
